Red Skorpena
The scorpionfish, or the sea urchin, is a small sea fish that lives in the Black and Mediterranean Seas, as well as in similar parts of the Atlantic Ocean. It tastes amazing with its unique appearance and delicious taste. A characteristic feature of rice is that it sheds up to two times per month. On the stomach and dorsal swimmers there are cut-out punctures, their injection is not lethal, but even unacceptable.
Scorpionfish meat is important for dieters and is recommended to be included in the diet on a low-calorie diet. 100 g of product contains only 88 kcal. This fish has little fat and easily digestible protein (7.5 g). The sea urchin is rich in macro- and microelements, vitamins, steroids and PP (nicotinic acid). The consumption of this vitamin improves carbohydrate metabolism in the body and reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood.
Despite its heavy, ominous external appearance, the sea urchin is one of the most delicious fish of the Black Sea. Its meat is more tender, springy and has a hint of sweet taste.
Scorpionfish have a high stickiness, so they are ideal for preparing soup and aspic dishes.
