Wild Sea Bass
All over the world, this tasty and valuable fish is called differently: seabass, sea bass, koikan – but despite the names, it remains one of the most delicious and useful delicacies in the whole world. It lives in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean coast and belongs to the perch family. Most often, in stores, you can find fish grown on special fish farms. But it is wild seabass, thanks to its natural origin and nutrition, that contains many useful substances and has a divine taste.
Wild seabass meat is especially useful for people who follow a diet because of its easily digestible protein and low calorie content. It should be noted that sea bass is a real source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are famous for their antioxidant properties and help reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and cardiovascular diseases.
Seabass does not contain small bones, and the meat has an elastic structure and a delicate, slightly sweet taste and aroma, which cannot be confused with any other fish.
You can buy wild seabass in our store and cook it in different ways. It must be remembered that when preparing seabass, you need to take care of its juiciness: add plenty of oil, fresh herbs and tightly pack in foil. Ideal for an elegant dinner with a glass of white wine.
