Red Mullet
Mullet or Sultanka fish is a small fish of the Barabulev family. Its length decreases to 45 cm. The Sultanka is surprised by the presence of long hairs on the lower slit, so she rejected this name, even though it was important that only the Sultan could have such rich hairs.
The mullet is deliciously tender and delicate, tastes like crab meat and enjoys delicious fish.
Regular gourmets value it due to its low calorie content (117 kcal) and energy value. This cinnamon fish is used to prevent heart and stomach ailments. It is recommended to include this in the diet for young children.
I would like to add red mullet through those that contain a high amount of protein, minerals and vitamins A, E, B1-B12. Ideal for a dietary diet. Most often, grease or bake.
